As the request from university and institution major in fermentation technology, ZYBREW developed the brewery testing system for testing brewing or some big professional craft breweries for recipe R&D. Which fits the requirement of different level.
The size differs from 50L to 300L, or from1/2BBL to 3bbl, the whole construction is more compact, with perfect configuration, and automation level is flexible as different request.
As the development of craft beer, we also developed the brewery with capacity like normal micro brewery but used for training and testing, with relatively bigger capacity range from 500L to 2000L. The design and configuration is mainly following the current brewery development and the brewing process changing. We simulate the configuration and working procedure in normal craft breweries, and use this for training to help with more master brewers education.
